Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Nura Home Design collects through nurahomedesign.com, why we collect it, and who else can see it. We have tried to describe what actually happens rather than what is legally possible.

Who we are

Nura Home Design is an interior design and renovation studio based in Atlanta, Georgia. You can reach us at hello@nurahomedesign.com or (404) 884-8849.

Information you give us

If you fill in our contact form, we receive what you type into it: your name, your email address, and a description of your project. The form also has optional fields for your phone number and neighbourhood, and a project type you select from a list.

We use this only to respond to you and to plan the work you are asking about. We do not add you to a marketing list, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider records standard server logs when you visit the site, including your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you request, and the time of each request. These logs exist to keep the site running and secure.

To stop automated spam without making you complete a CAPTCHA, our contact form checks for signals that a submission was made by software rather than a person. When a submission is identified as automated, we record the IP address it came from so we can recognise repeat abuse.

Advertising measurement

We advertise through Google Ads. When advertising measurement is enabled, our site loads Google's tag, which sets cookies to record whether a visit that began with one of our ads resulted in a contact form submission. This tells us which advertising is worth paying for. It is aggregate measurement, not profiling of you as an individual by us.

You can control this. Google offers ad personalisation controls at myadcenter.google.com, and every major browser lets you block or delete cookies. Blocking them does not prevent you from using any part of this site.

We do not currently send Google any of the personal information you type into our contact form.

Fonts and embedded content

The typefaces on this site are served from our own domain rather than from a third-party font service, so simply reading a page does not report your visit to a font provider. Project photography is served from our content management system's image network.

Who else processes your information

We keep the list of companies that touch your data short, and we use them as service providers rather than sharing data for their own purposes:

• Vercel hosts the website and generates the server logs described above.
• Resend delivers contact form submissions to our inbox as email.
• Google provides advertising measurement, as described above.
• Sanitystores the site's content and project images. It does not receive information about you.

We may also disclose information if we are legally required to, or if it is necessary to protect our rights or someone's safety.

How long we keep it

Enquiries stay in our email for as long as we may reasonably need them, which for a renovation studio can be several years, since projects are often discussed long before they begin and referenced long after they finish. Server and spam logs are kept only for a short period. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

Your choices

Email us at hello@nurahomedesign.com and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You do not need to give a reason, and we will not treat you differently for asking. Depending on where you live you may have formal rights of this kind under local law; we intend to honour these requests regardless of whether a particular law applies to you.

Children

This site is intended for adults engaging a design and renovation studio. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection, and form submissions travel encrypted to our inbox. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we would rather say so plainly than imply a guarantee we cannot make.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
