These terms apply to nurahomedesign.com. They cover the website only. Any project we take on is governed by a separate written agreement between us and the client, and nothing here changes that agreement.

Using this site

You are welcome to browse the site, save pages for your own reference, and share links to it. Please do not attempt to interfere with the site, access parts of it that are not publicly available, or use automated tools to scrape it at a scale that affects its operation.

Photography and written content

The project photography, written descriptions, and design of this site belong to Nura Home Design or are used with permission. Our completed work is the main way a studio like ours demonstrates what it does, so please do not republish our project images or copy as your own or as examples of work by another business.

If you would like to feature a project — in a publication, a mood board, or anywhere else — email us at hello@nurahomedesign.com. We are usually glad to say yes.

What the site does and does not promise

The projects shown in our portfolio are records of work we have completed. They illustrate our approach; they are not a promise that your project will involve the same scope, materials, timeline, or cost. Every house is different.

Nothing on this site is an offer, a quotation, or a fixed price. Scope, schedule, and price are established in writing after we have talked about your home, and only a signed agreement binds either of us.

Descriptions of our services are general information about design and construction. They are not architectural, engineering, or legal advice for your specific property.

Links to other sites

Where we link to another website, we do so because we think it is useful. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Availability and accuracy

We keep this site accurate and available as best we can, but we provide it as it is. We do not warrant that it will always be reachable, free of errors, or current. To the extent the law allows, Nura Home Design is not liable for loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website. This does not limit any responsibility we have to a client under a signed project agreement, and it does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current version always lives at this address, with the date it was last changed at the top.
