Bathroom
Secondary Bathroom Remodel
A builder-grade guest bath, dated tile and all, refreshed with new tile, new fixtures, and a quieter palette. Same footprint, fully reworked.
A small bath that needed all the basics done well. We pulled the old tub, vanity, and fixtures, retiled the shower in a soft marbled rectangular tile, and laid a patterned tile on the floor that gives the room some character without taking it over. The biggest change to how the space feels is the lighting. The builder-grade vanity bar came down, replaced with two wall sconces flanking the mirror and a recessed light above the shower.
